Studio hosts receive one-third of the rent paid by studio tenants, provided that water and septic/sewer services are available and the property has nearby access to power. Magdalena Homes covers the standard installation costs. If your property does not have all three services, we still encourage you to contact us, as we strive to accommodate all interested hosts.
