After more than two decades in the valley, this resident reached out to the Magdalena team in search of a more accessible and convenient home. Having read about Magdalena several times in the local paper, she saw an opportunity to find a solution that would better meet her needs while staying connected to the community she knows and loves.

Her new home in downtown Boonville addresses a critical local housing challenge: ensuring that long-term residents can remain in the valley with comfort and stability.
