Another Magdalena Home on the Way to Anderson Valley!

We’re thrilled to share that another Magdalena M1 prefab studio is officially on its way to Anderson Valley! This milestone marks another step forward in our mission to bring high-quality, ready-to-live housing to the people who need it most.

Check out the video below to watch the home being carefully loaded onto a flat rack at the port—one of the final steps before it begins its journey north to Boonville.

This particular home is reserved for two local residents who are eager to move in and start their next chapter. They’re excited to be part of the Boonville community, and we’re proud to help make that possible.
