Another M1 studio is on the move – headed for Anderson Valley!

We’re thrilled to share that our latest M1 transportable studio is currently docked in the Port of Los Angeles and will be making its way north to the Port of Oakland this Sunday. From there, it will complete the final leg of its journey to Anderson Valley, where it will become a new home for a member of our growing community.

At Magdalena, we’re deeply committed to expanding access to beautiful, high-quality housing in rural areas where it’s most needed. Every delivery is a milestone— and this one is especially meaningful as it brings us one step closer to a more sustainable, community-oriented future in Mendocino County.
