Five New Homes on the Way—Thanks to a Growing Community of Investors

We’re excited to share that more investors have joined our upcoming production order, bringing the total to five new Magdalena M1 homes currently in the works. These units are scheduled for delivery in approximately three months, and their collective production will unlock important economies of scale—making our homes even more affordable for the communities that need them most.

This is a major step forward, and it wouldn’t be possible without the vision and commitment of our investor community. These are pioneers in alternative housing, helping address the regional housing shortage by backing thoughtful, community-first solutions.

Even more exciting: this latest batch of homes will incorporate valuable feedback from our current residents—including enhanced energy efficiency, improved temperature control, new outdoor living features, and NOAH certification for quality and compliance.
