Expanding Our M1 Prefab Studios: More Space, More Comfort

We’re excited to announce a new enhancement to our M1 prefab studio design: we’ve extended the length of each unit by two feet, bringing the total length to 32 feet. This adds about 16 square feet of extra space—just the right amount to incorporate a full-size closet right next to the washer and dryer area.

This extra square footage means more convenient and valuable storage space for the folks who live in our studios. It’s one more way we’re continuously improving our modular housing solution to better serve our residents’ needs.

We’re proud of the innovation and care that goes into every update. Over the next three months, we’ll be rolling out the very first units with this expanded size, and we can’t wait for our residents to enjoy the extra comfort and storage.
