Introducing Continuous Production at Magdalena

We’re thrilled to share a major milestone in our journey to expand accessible housing solutions: Magdalena is officially shifting from batch production to continuous production of our prefab studios.

What does this mean? Instead of releasing our modular housing units in large batches, we’ll now have new studios rolling off the line every month. This change allows us to provide a steady, reliable supply of our high-quality modular housing solutions, ensuring we can meet the demand for housing in California and beyond without delay.

We’re incredibly proud of this step forward. By moving to continuous production, we’re streamlining our processes and making it possible to deliver more homes to those who need them most—especially in rural areas where housing options can be scarce.
